‘Last warning’: Gangster Anil Pandit claims Tiger Shroff firing, warns Salman Khan

Tiger Shroff was at Pushpa Narsee Park for his regular Sunday football game, the kind of thing he does most weeks. When he was near his car or getting ready to leave, a few guys on bikes opened fire. Five rounds, police say. Tiger himself didn’t get hit, thank god. His driver Firdosh took a bullet in the left hand and another person standing close by also got injured. Both went to hospital. Tiger drove or got taken away safe. Later Eknath Shinde even dropped by his place to check on him. Then the audio started doing the rounds. A guy calling himself Anil Pandit, said to be sitting in the US and linked to Lawrence Bishnoi’s lot, put out a voice note. He says he and this other fellow Harman Sandhu are the ones behind it. “We advised him, but he did not understand,” is roughly how he puts it. Then he goes full on: anyone in the film industry who keeps working with Salman Khan or doesn’t fall in line, they’ll kill them. First and last warning, he calls it. He doesn’t stop there. He turns straight to Salman and says apologise to Lawrence Bishnoi and the Bishnoi community, or they won’t even leave the dogs in his house. Whole family, he threatens. Security won’t save you, that kind of talk. The same message or a linked post also warns other groups not to try and take credit by using the Bishnoi name. Who is this Anil Pandit anyway? From what the reports are saying, he’s from Panipat in Haryana. No big cases against him when he was in India. Around 2024 he apparently took the dunki route to America and started working for the Bishnoi network over there. His name had already come up a few months back when shots were fired outside Guru Randhawa’s gym in Delhi. Same pattern – the gang claiming it was because of closeness to Salman. The bigger story is the old grudge. Lawrence Bishnoi has been after Salman for years over the 1998 blackbuck case. The community treats the animal as sacred, and Bishnoi has used that as the reason for threat after threat. Shots outside Salman’s house in 2024, the Baba Siddique killing, and now this claim about Tiger. Tiger and Salman aren’t even co-stars in films, but they’ve known each other a long time. Salman helped him get started years ago. That’s enough, according to these guys. Mumbai Police are on it. CCTV has thrown up images of two suspects. The bike they used was found dumped near Andheri station. Officers think the shooters might have watched Tiger’s Sunday routine for a while. Case is likely heading to Crime Branch. Chief Minister Fadnavis has already spoken to the commissioner and told them to move fast. So far no one has been picked up. For the industry it’s another cold reminder. The message is clear from their side – stay away from Salman or risk becoming the next target. Whether this audio is the real deal and whether these two actually ordered the shooting is still being checked. Police are treating the claims carefully. A voice note alone doesn’t prove who pulled the trigger or gave the order. Tiger has kept quiet beyond the fact that he’s fine. Salman’s side hasn’t said much either. Security around both will only get tighter now. It’s the same loop we’ve seen too many times: shooting or threat, audio from abroad, demand for apology that never comes, police scrambling. The two injured men are recovering. The investigation is on. And the film lot is left looking over its shoulder again. That’s where things stand as of Monday morning.
